Important Information & Policies Checklist for Contract Employees
In the course of your employment at the Nova Scotia Geomatics Centre (Service Nova Scotia) you may come in contact with confidential and/or sensitive information related to your job. This is to remind you that as a condition of your employment, you are required to keep such information confidential and not divulge or make it known to unauthorized persons or the public. A “Declaration of Confidentiality” agreement must be signed off by you and your supervisor (see Checklist below to download this form).
The following checklist and policy documents are made available to you to ensure that your orientation provides you with all of the necessary information to become a productive part of our team. We recommend that you take time to review the policies and procedures that are part of your new workplace. SNSMR staff will contact you to arrange a time to meet to discuss this information and to sign-off on the checklist and confidentiality agreement.
